Princesses, Faeries, and a $10 Bucket of Popcorn

Lemonade in "collectible" Disney on Ice bottle - $10 each
Popcorn in "collectible" Disney on Ice bucket - $10
Spinning light-up Tinkerbell wand thingy- $20
Mother's bottle of diet soda - $3.75
Hearing Pickles squeal with delight and get so excited she was shaking - priceless.

Mother and I brought Pickles to her first Disney on Ice show last night. I can honestly say she was more excited about seeing the princesses than she was on Christmas Day. She sang along with every song she knew but made sure to take the time to yell at me for singing along.

Bubba got to stay with Grandpa Maurie while we were princessing. Together they made an entire box of microwave popcorn, hot cocoa, put together a model helicopter, and stayed up late to watch Ghost Hunters. With Kel working nights it's nice to have our families available to help us out when we need a sitter!

And yes, I did wear my special shirt. I tried to get a nice picture at the end of the show with Pickles but she was 1) tired, 2) mad that we wouldn't buy her a $15 snow cone, and 3) angry that the show was over. She refused a picture, so I stole her tiara.

"Someday my prince will come..."

Oh, and I do realize that I really haven't said much about Bubba. Don't worry! He's not being slighted! There's a method to my madness....I think...

Grandmama was just as awestruck as AshB. Also priceless - Sarah walking down the sidewalk, wearing a tiara, holding a tinkerbell thingy and two bottles of lemonade while wearing a Wanda Chrome shirt.

She failed to mention that I also wore the tiara all the way back to her house. The whole 4 blocks.

Lies. You are not capable of princessing.
